TOP Agro Tools Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian pioneer in palm oil harvesting tools, established in 2005 and headquartered in Banting, Selangor. Founded by Dato’Eu Chee Yong and Datin Nui Chy Hua, the company has evolved from a visionary family enterprise into one of Malaysia’s leading manufacturers of palm oil harvesting tools. The TOP brand, derived from our former logo representing Three Oil Palm (3 Pohon Sawit), has earned a reputation for quality, reliability, and excellence throughout the industry.
Built on a foundation of innovation and continuous improvement, TOP Agro Tools has grown from its origins as EN SBL Agriculture Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. into a trusted industry leader. Today, the company operates on a 2-acre facility comprising our office, factory, and warehouse, supporting efficient manufacturing, stringent quality control, and dependable product availability. The business continues to be strengthened by the next generation of the founders, ensuring the continuity of the family’s vision, values, and commitment to excellence.
2005 - 2019
2019 - Current
In 2007, TOP Agro Tools established its sister company, PT. Sarana Panen Perkasa (S Panen P) in Medan, Indonesia, through a strategic joint venture. Today, S Panen P is recognized as the largest manufacturer of palm oil harvesting tools in Indonesia. Together, both companies collaborate closely in research and development (R&D), technology sharing, and manufacturing expertise, driving continuous product innovation and strengthening the Group’s capabilities across Southeast Asia.

Guided by uncompromising quality standards and a customer-focused approach, TOP Agro Tools serves plantations throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Beyond Malaysia, our products are distributed through an extensive international distributor network, reaching customers in Thailand, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, South America, and Africa.
